Co-founded by Walter Catton and Mark Fellwock, the new 9,000-square-foot distillery features a 350-gallon copper pot still and a sampling and serving room, which offers tastings and a seasonal cocktail menu. The Coppercraft facility currently produces the distiller’s eponymous vodka and rum expressions, both priced at around $30 a bottle.
