Bacardi Formally Announces Its Move to Southern Glazer’s
Bacardi has made it official. Today the company has announced that it’s realigning its U.S. distributor network, naming Southern Wine & Spirits of America and Glazer’s, which have signed a definitive agreement to form Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits LLC, to handle its portfolio in more than 40 markets across the United States and Canada.
