•Constellation Brands has taken a minority stake in California sparkling wine Sapere Aude through its Focus on Minority Founders initiative. Sapere Aude, which is Latin for “dare to know,” was founded in 2012 by wife and husband Pampata and David Airaudi and is a lower-alcohol wine with fine bubbles and no residual sugars.
